Introduction

IMS (Northern) Ltd offer a range of training packages related to quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) management systems for small to medium enterprises (SMEs). All courses are available for delivery in-house or at venues as per the IMS (Northern) Ltd training timetable.

Training courses are designed and periodically updated to include relevant and topical subjects. However, each programme can be flexible and can be designed to meet the specific requirements of individual customers.

The approach used is intended to maximise each participant’s understanding and retention of information through the opportunity to apply knowledge gained in practical exercises. Exercises are set on fictional companies, but are based upon the practical experience of QHSE management in industry by IMS (Northern). However, where requested, a company’s own procedures and systems may be used as a basis for exercises.

During each course, feedback will be sought from delegates to ensure that content is being presented clearly. It is the intention of IMS (Northern) to ensure that its expertise is transferred to delegates as effectively as possible.

Depending on the course and individual company requirements, delegate numbers can be flexible. All delegates receive comprehensive documentation and will be issued with certificates of attendance after the successful completion of a training course.
